Ruby red in colour, it reflects typical and traditional nuances of Verona's historical wine. A well balanced and soft flavour, with pleasant red berries fruity notes. Through the aging process this wine acquires garnet colored shades and a more delicate structure.

It is avisable to decant the bottle and serve it at a temperature between 18° C and 23° C

Amarone Classico della Valpolicella Docg

Known as Valpolicella's finest wine, Amarone is produced with the best grapes from vines.
The colour reflects an intense garnet red. The structure is complex and the flavour is soft with typical notes of withered grapes. Its composition has a great balance which lends itself to a long aging period in bottles.

It is avisable to decant the bottle and serve it at a temperature between 18° C and 23° C

Ripasso Classico Superiore Doc

Gifted with a great structure, through a second fermentation technique called "Ripasso" on Amarone pomaces, it obtains an increased alcohol content and a higher and more intense aroma and flavour concentration. All these caracteristics donate elegance and refinement to the Ripasso, an authentic Prince of Valpolicella's hills.

Brut sparkling wine 

This wine, characterized by a bright straw-yellow colour, presents a continuous and tiny "Perlage". The tasting process reveals hints of floreal and fruity notes, which enhances the freshness. Furthermore the acidity is greatly balanced. The ending, a lasting and pleasant flavour, is ideal for enjoying in friendly company.

MERLOT IGT 

Ottomarzo's Merlot is ruby red colored with purple reflections. The taste is soft and presents a delicate tannin; red berry fruit notes prevail.

CHARDONNAY Igt

Young and still wine has a typical straw yellow color due to fermentation in steel. On the nose, floral aromas and clear fruit such as apple, pear and pineapple immediately stand out. In the mouth the freshness and the minerality of the product prevail, making it ideal for combinations with lights first courses and fish and white meat dishes.
